Bed and Breakfast

On arriving at Flowerburn the first thing you will notice is the warm welcome you receive from owners, Alison and Jane, and Betty the friendly Border terrier. Relax in the garden or lounge with a pot of tea or cafetiere of coffee and a piece of  home-made cake.

Our aim is to provide quality accommodation with a delicious breakfast in a friendly and relaxing environment. Our rooms have been designed to be modern and comfortable with coffee/tea pods, smart TV’s and Bluetooth speaker as standard. All rooms are en suite with powerful showers, fluffy towels, Scottish toiletries, cotton dressing gowns and Egyptian cotton bed linen.

The garden at Flowerburn is a haven of tranquillity where guests can sit and unwind whilst listening to the trickle of the Alton burn as it meanders its way to the sea. Spacious and secluded it is a good place to spot wildlife including red squirrels, roe deer and woodpeckers.

Relaxed and friendly, Flowerburn is situated on a quiet street on the outskirts of Nairn within walking distance of stunning beaches, the Nairn golf club and the town centre. Nairn, a traditional seaside resort, boasts beautiful beaches, a colourful harbour, river walks and fine restaurants.

There is a wealth of great golf courses in the area including the two championship courses in Nairn itself with Royal Dornoch, Castle Stuart, Grantown on Spey and Boat of Garten, to name but a few, within easy driving distance.

Only 15 minutes from Inverness airport, Flowerburn is a great base for exploring the area with easy access to the amazing West Highlands, the stunning Cairngorm National Park and the beautiful Moray coast.
