Happy Easter everyone, our Easter Sunday started with a lovely walk down to the sea front, where amazingly we had our first sighting of the year from our pod of dolphins. Sadly, i couldn't get a photo...try opening your phone camera whilst keeping an excited Border Terrier under control! Betty is coming out of winter dog mode and has now reverted back to 'high alert' mode for rabbits in the garden, i think they are wise to her now and love to tease her, just waiting till she starts her run then scurrying under the sitoottery for cover...happy days.

Jane and i are looking forward to seeing all our guests again this year and have been practicing new recipes for cakes and biscuits, the only down side is we have probably eaten far too many ourselves.....ah well, it's a hard job but someones got to do it! see you all in the summer x
